Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return or exchange, excluding weekends and national holidays. Items must be returned in sellable condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or damage. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or tried on, as this ensures the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.

- If Cherry Hill covered any portion of the original shipping cost (e.g., shipping exceeded our standard rate of $13.99), the refunded amount will exclude the full shipping cost to prevent net losses.

- Items returned for an exchange must meet the same sellable condition requirements as returns.
- Upon approval, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, excluding the original shipping cost.
- The customer will need to use the store credit to purchase the desired replacement item, including applicable shipping costs.
- Free shipping thresholds for replacements no longer apply to exchanges. This ensures that replacement shipping costs are not covered by Cherry Hill, protecting our margins while still offering customers flexibility.

- Proof of Purchase: To qualify for the 100 Wash Guarantee, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase directly from Cherry Hill.
- Minimum Usage Period: Claims can only be made after a minimum of 100 days from the date of purchase, ensuring the product has undergone sufficient use and care.
- Care Requirements: The product must have been laundered according to the care instructions provided on the garment. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the guarantee.
- Record of Usage: You may be required to provide reasonable evidence of washing frequency (e.g., detergent receipts, a dated laundry log, or other documentation).
- Condition Requirements: The product must exhibit legitimate wear or failure directly resulting from normal washing, not misuse, abuse, or extraordinary circumstances.
Exclusions
The following do not constitute a garment failure and are excluded from the 100 Wash Guarantee:
- Pilling: Pilling is a normal characteristic of cotton and cotton-blend garments and does not qualify as a defect.
- Color Fading: Gradual fading or discoloration caused by normal washing or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- Rips and Tears: Rips, tears, or other damage caused by normal wear, mishandling, or improper care.
- Stretching: Loss of elasticity or shape due to excessive stretching or improper sizing.
- Alterations: Damage resulting from modifications, alterations, or improper repairs.
- Extraordinary Circumstances: Harsh chemical exposure, commercial laundering, or accidents outside normal washing practices.
Resolution Process
- Inspection and Validation: All claims are subject to an inspection by our team. Cherry Hill reserves the right to determine if the product qualifies under the guarantee based on the evidence provided.
- Compensation: Approved claims will result in store credit equal to the current retail price of the item at the time the claim is processed. No cash refunds will be issued.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for inspection.
Limitations and Liability
- One-Time Redemption: The 100 Wash Guarantee is limited to one claim per customer per product.
- Non-Transferable: The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to another individual or party.
- Right to Amend: Cherry Hill reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice, except for purchases already under the guarantee at the time of amendment.
- Time Frame: Claims must be submitted within one year of purchase. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
